Ener-G Controls – part of the Ener-G group of companies are an organisation involved in reducing energy consumption for businesses through the implementation of Building Management Systems (BEMS)
We were initially approached by Ener-G controls to provide detailed consultancy work to improve the performance of their outbound telesales team.
Over the course of this initial project a number of key areas for improvement were identified and, by working further with the client we have helped to drive forward a number of processes to act upon our findings.
Due to the success of this project, Ener-G controls have further engaged our appointment setting and lead generation services to help secure qualified meetings with relevant decision makers (facilities/environmental/HSEQ managers/directors).
An initial pilot project of 8 days outbound telemarketing and targeted email campaigns has, to date, resulted in 11 qualified meetings for the client and a strong initial pipeline which we plan to develop further by continuing to work with the client over the coming months.
In addition to this project we have delivered a number of other outbound marketing campaigns focused on the commercial energy/carbon reduction/renewables markets and would welcome any enquiries from similar companies as to how we can help drive new business utilising the same approach.
